ElevateBits launches KnowledgeCore with support from Sweden
We’re excited to announce the launch of KnowledgeCore – a Digital Knowledge Management System (KMS) for ElevateBits, through the Challenge2Collaborate (C2CoLab) Fund of the SPRING programme.
Knowledge is one of the most valuable resources a company has. In the fast-changing IT industry, preserving expertise, sharing experience and ensuring that valuable knowledge remains within an organisation are particularly important challenges.
Through KnowledgeCore, we aim to develop a digital system that will help us organise, preserve and share knowledge more effectively. By combining structured knowledge management with tools that support employee learning, mentoring and knowledge transfer, we want to make valuable expertise more accessible across our organisation.
Our ambition goes beyond meeting our own needs. We believe the solution and experience gained through this project could also benefit other companies facing similar challenges, encouraging wider adoption of modern knowledge management practices.
We look forward to taking this important step towards strengthening our company's long-term stability, innovation capacity and competitiveness.
The project is supported through the Challenge2Collaborate (C2CoLab) Fund of the SPRING programme, funded by Sweden and jointly implemented by Eda – Enterprise Development Agency, Mozaik Foundation and SERDA – Sarajevo Economic Region Development Agency.
